All items in my shop are made to order, please allow 7-12 business days for making them.

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded within 12 hours from placing the order. For cancellation after 12 hrs period, partial refund can be discussed, for each respective case. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All items in my shop are made to order, so I cannot accept returns and replacements. In case of forced return, customer is bearing all shipping costs (both ways) and product costs will not be refunded. If a customer refuses shipment or forgets to pick up shipment, it is also considered as a forced return.
